We offer custom bouquets and products tailored to your specifications. However, final creative control remains with our designers to ensure the highest quality and artistic integrity.
### 3.3. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of FAWN WORLD and The Fawning LLP and is protected by international copyright laws. Unauthorized use of any content is strictly prohibited.
## 4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
### 4.2. Pricing and Payment
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as indicated on our website.
### 4.3. Shipping and Delivery
FAWN WORLD may use trusted Third-Party Couriers to help ensure effective and efficient delivery of our products and services. FAWN WORLD retains responsibility for the condition of goods until they are delivered to you. We reserve the right to make amendments to delivery timings with reasonable notice to customers. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary based on your location. Please refer to the stated delivery charge(s) at checkout for your shipping costs.
### 4.3.1 Damages During Delivery
At FAWN WORLD, we take great care to ensure that your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please follow the steps below to report the damage and request a replacement or refund:
- Report Damage: Notify us within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product by contacting our customer service team at info@fawn-world.com. Please provide your order number and details of the damage, including photos if possible.
- Return the Damaged Product: We will provide instructions for returning the damaged product. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent further damage during return shipping, if possible.
- Replacement or Refund: Upon receiving and verifying the damaged product, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
This policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA) or any other applicable laws.
### 4.3.2 Same-Day Delivery and Delays
We strive to deliver your products within the specified delivery times. However, we are not responsible for delays due to unforeseen circumstances. Any delays in delivery will be best communicated to you as reasonably possible. Same-Day Delivery is not guaranteed, if required please contact us at info@fawn-world.com with your order number.

In accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act (CPFTA), we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are returned in their original condition. Custom orders,compositions and other bouquets stated on our site are non-refundable. This does not affect your statutory rights under Singaporean law.
### 5.2. Refund Process
To request a return or refund, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 7-14 business days of receiving the returned products.
## 6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you for any damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products shall not exceed the amount paid by you.
## 7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
### 7.2. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, claim, question, or disagreement arising from or relating to these terms and conditions or the breach thereof, the parties shall use their best efforts to settle the dispute, claim, question, or disagreement. To this end, the parties shall consult and negotiate with each other in good faith and, recognizing their mutual interests, attempt to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to both parties. If the parties do not reach such a solution within a period of 30 days, then, upon notice by either party to the other, all disputes, claims, questions, or differences shall be finally settled by arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) for the time being in force.
